WHC High-speed plastic shredders are high-performance machines for efficient processing of plastic materials such as PE, PP, PVC, PET, or ABS. Ideal for recycling large parts, such as appliance covers or bumpers.
The WPS slow-running single-shaft shredders offer a versatile solution for recycling plastics, wood, and industrial waste. Thanks to their low speed, they work quietly and reliably. They can also handle bulky elements, e. g. barrels, pallets, or pipes.
The WT slow-speed twin-shaft shredders are robust machines suitable for recycling large parts - appliances, tires, pallets, plastic barrels, and e-waste.

The fundamental benefit of this mobile crushing and separation line is that all the equipment for plastic processing is placed in a unique sea container. Therefore complete crushing, dedusting and metal separation can be performed on-site.
So, the line can be equipped with a crusher, a deduster, a magnetic separator, a metal detector and other appliances needed to fill plastic regrind into big bags.
For reasons of work safety, the entire technology is separated by a folding door. Thus, only the opening for inserting materials into the crusher is accessible.
